When you boil it down, any self-defence training has to make sense to you and any skills learned must work for you. Should you ever have to use them you may not get a second chance if they don’t work.
By stripping away the sports-based training that many clubs focus on, I deliver sensible material that will make all the difference in staying safe. We don't deal in abstracts; we get right down to simple, reliable skills. We practice them in a safe and confidence-building manner (LMA Method) that will leave you in no doubt of your own ability. There is a different focus each weekly class:

This class builds upon the natural conditioning and body mechanics developed in the Lifestyle Fitness training and sets up the Practical Martial Arts training.
