Training Perfectly
We believe that how you train matters more than what you train. Through extensive experimentation, Sensei Mick has determined what makes training truly effective. He has crafted those effective elements into a system called "Training Perfectly". This system is integrated into all of our classes and seminars.
The Five Rules
To train perfectly, you have to be in the right mindset. Our Five Rules to get into that mindset are:

ethos - The disposition, character, or fundamental values for a person to train perfectly:
I may never be perfect, but I can train perfectly:
I must be certain what I am doing feels, and is correct;
If not, I must immediately focus on learning.
I must be certain what I am doing achieves my desire;
If not, I must immediately focus on mastering.
If I am not training perfectly; I must immediately stop.
