There are many people who would benefit from the basics but cannot want commit to regular martial training. Because of this he offers the following subject to request. Two Hour Seminar
A 120-minute seminar introducing participants to self-defence training and covering basic skills that will keep you safe. The seminar is free and open to all members of the public.
Eight Week Course
A comprehensive 8-week course of covering all elements of basic personal protection. This will consist of eight 90-minute classes covering the fundamentals and practising them in a manner that will leave you confident and sure of your abilities.
Places will be limited, and the course is scheduled based on demand, so contact me to reserve yours. Course fees are equivalent to two-months of club fees.
